Sri Lanka Telecom has installed a tower in Pemaduwa, Mahavilachchiya to provide mobitel mobile phone coverage to Mahavilachchiya. Work of the tower is almost over and the coverage will be given very soon. Mahavilachchiya already has Lankabell CDMA coverage and Dialog mobile and CDMA coverage. Dialog recently covered Tantirimale as well.

Mobitel coverage is good by looks of it. Am no engineer but reception good i hear. check out their website http://www.mobitel.lk/coverage/index.html
Has the coverage details. Its good of Mobitel to have this on their website. easy for us. better than dialog website – Mobitel has info we can use.

All of us know Mobitel is the best mobile solutions provider.
But, we don’t have even Mobitel GSM coverage at Henmulla, Bambukuliya, Koswatta, Maha Ethgala, Ethgala and DJ Fernando Pulle Road (Gampaha District, few kms away from Kochchikade).
Please give us a tower at Bambukuliya area to have the benefits of Mobitel.

consider in improving your coverage as there are places
where there is a drop in signel or no signel at all mobitel
cannot claim that they are the best in terms of coverage
